Epicor E10 Administration Console 'MMC could not create the snap-in.' Error

I am sure someone else has the same problem. Our company is running Epicor E10.0.7.4 on Windows Server 2008. Everything installed fine, sometimes when you click on the icon for Epicor Administration Console it will come up with boxes saying "Unhandled Exception in Managed Code Snap-in".

At first, I thought there must be something wrong with the installation, I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole Epicor installation but still didn't fix the problem. One of the trick I tried that works for me is to SIMPLY run the console with "Run as administrator", or alternatively go to the properties of the short cut and enable "Run as Administator" in the Advanced button. I hope this can help someone.
